Conducted user research by interviewing 8 participants and worked with a team of 6 to turn insights into concepts Human- Centered Design process.

Collaborated closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, Developers, and UX teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and seamless user experience across deliverables.
